BugBountyNotes.com has been open for officially 2 weeks today and in that time we’ve had 470 researchers join us with 188 answers submitted to challenges! A huge thank you for those who have supported me and this project since day one, and a massive welcome to all new researchers!

We’ve revealed challenge answers: Did you struggle to solve some challenges? Well now the answer has been revealed for each challenge!

A huge well done to @Abdulahhusam, @filedescriptor, @michielprins, @ dpoeniixx and @WPalant for being the first ones to solve challenge 3. We’ll be in contact shortly as we’d like to reward you with a unique prize to not only say well done, but thank you for your support!

New challenges

Out with the old and in with the new! We’ve added 4 new challenges, 2 from myself and one from @filedescriptor and @iamnoooob. Aswell as this, we’ve added @albinowax’s hackxor on-going missions for you to try.

Go ahead and give these a try! Not only this but we’re opening the doors for the community to submit their own challenges via the “Contribute Challenge” feature. After submitting a challenge we’ll review and get back to you! You can contribute one here: https://www.bugbountynotes.com/training/addchallenge

As well as these changes to challenges, we are also changing the submission process. Now when you submit an answer you can input how many parameters you found that were vulnerable. Unless stated in the policy, some challenges have multiple parameters vulnerable from different angles and we want to highlight the researchers who can identify these. To us, this shows thinking outside the box and shows your skill.

The new tutorial section

As you may notice we’ve moved the Bug showcase to the /explore page and instead placed tutorials on the training page. We added some new bugs to showcase and we plan on adding new ones frequently! Our tutorial feature is open for anyone to submit their own tutorials and we even offer a feature to have them posted directly on bugbountynotes. We hope to see some interesting tutorials shared!:)

Incase you missed it..

Just incase you missed it but we released a new profile layout: https://www.bugbountynotes.com/user/zseano — go ahead and fill in your profile information!

Final words

I truly am grateful to those who are supporting and helping with this project. I am working continuously to update and bring you new features everyday. I have interesting features in the works which shall be released overtime.

Thanks everyone for being apart of this project. A personal thank you to @filedescriptor — a true friend.
